Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, helping families transition to their dream homes, managing estate sales, or sourcing investment properties, Tim considers it a privilege to represent families in their real estate ventures.

A lifelong native of Omaha, Nebraska, Tim is deeply rooted in the area. Beyond real estate, he has dedicated 30 years to serving the community as a baseball and football coach, mentor, and leader across various local initiatives.

Tim and his wife, Kelli, are the proud parents of one son, Cade. A standout athlete, Cade played baseball at South Mountain CC and the University of Nebraska before being drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 3rd round of the 2021 draft. Cade is currently with the Baltimore Orioles organization and made his MLB debut in June 2024. In December 2024, the family celebrated another milestone when Cade married his beautiful wife, Sophia.
