My skillset in real estate is unique. I have been rehabbing and renting out fixer-uppers since 2013. That knowledge for the realtor side has helped my buyers see potential issues during showings, has helped point out great (or poor) craftsmanship, and has helped answer any questions regarding future updates to increase equity. Through every stage of the buying process, I will fight for my clients and keep their best interests in mind. In this unique seller's market, offers need to be creative, and I will offer the best advice and tips to get your offers accepted. I love helping good people find great homes in this amazing city.

If you choose to list with me, you will not only get my knowledge of the market to get you the most for your home, you will get my knowledge of what to watch out for during those pesky inspections. My favorite part of my listing duties, would be the package I offer to get your homes curb appeal boosted and ready for showings. My rehabbing operations also coincide with my neighborhood outreach in and around the Walnut Hill Neighborhood in North Omaha. Through my work in the neighbhorhood and my volunteering with youth programs at Citylight Church, I have come to know that kids in this city are hungry to work and earn some money! I have loved helping clients get their homes ready to show by utlizing the energetic young entrepeneurs I have met to help me put down fresh mulch, trim bushes/limbs, power wash driveways/retaining walls/siding, and whatever other yard projects you may need to get ready to list! This package comes free of charge with the listing agreement. My kids get paid right away after a day of hard work and I will get paid once we sell your home!

Give me a call today, whether buying, selling, or investing, and I will get to work for you!
