My favorite part of this job is getting to know people like you. Every home search and sale are individualized, and customized to your needs and dreams. Whether you’re buying a first home, needing more space, or looking to downsize, I'm here to work closely with you to make this transition comfortable while remaining sensitive to what you’re facing. I’ve dealt with many different situations and can relate that everyone’s home journey is unique.

How I Can Help You

My education and work background will help you get things done. For several years, I was a Guardian and Personal Representative assisting a family member who suffered from illness. During this time, I worked in four states collaborating with real estate professionals, attorneys, financial planners, and business partners. It was a unique opportunity to learn more while selling real estate, properties, and navigating business operations. This was a complex situation that families may encounter when the unexpected happens, so truly unique I was asked to serve on a Supreme Court panel to help improve the process for others. I am here to help you and understand that every situation is different and brings its own set of challenges. Hang in there, you got this!

Marketing and sales are my true passions! I worked at a local hospital for 16 years and specialized in Marketing and Communication roles, oriented providers to hospital services and the local area, coordinated community events and tours, and cultivated business development relationships while closing major gifts to provide needed health care services for our community. Prior to this, I developed successful marketing campaigns in television and radio sales for local and national businesses.

Go Big Red! I am proud to call Lincoln my lifelong home, and YES, I still love going to Husker football games (we almost always, almost win). As a Lincoln native, I have a deep and intimate knowledge of our community, neighborhoods, and the incredible opportunities for home ownership and investments.  My parents both come from small Nebraska towns, so I was raised to understand the value of hard work and the importance of farming and family. My husband and son have been a tremendous support throughout the years, and another reason that I want to continue my career in real estate.

As your realtor, I'm here to help you with expertise and personal service. For sellers, I can research up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms, and condition of comparable properties. For buyers, I help with getting pre-approved for a mortgage, finding, and showing you properties that match your criteria, writing of contracts, home inspections, financing, title and escrow, all the way to closing on your home.
