A little bit about myself.

I am a born and raised California Girl, who moved to Omaha Nebraska in 2016. Best decision I have made was to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska. I am a mom to 3 boys and 1 girl. Which keep me on my toes everyday! Which have also been extremely supportive with my journey into my world of real estate.  One of the unique aspects of my identity is my bilingualism. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. Being able to speak Spanish and help all my fellow Latinos is dear to my heart. My parents being born in Mexico, and knowing very little English has always been a struggle for them. I am grateful that I can speak Spanish and be able to help the Latino community as much as I can, since my parents did not have that when I was growing up. I'm here to help with my expertise and personal service.

For sellers, I can give you up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms and condition of competing properties. For buyers, I help with getting you pre-approved for a mortgage, finding and showing you all of the properties that match your criteria, writing of contracts, home inspections, financing, title and escrow, all the way to closing on your home, and making the process as smooth as possible!

Un poco sobre mí.

Soy nacida y criada en California que me mude a Omaha, Nebraska, en el 2016. Fue la mejor decisión que he tomado fue de mudarme a Omaha, Nebraska. Soy mamá de 3 niños y 1 niña. ¡Que me mantienen alerta todos los días! Y también han sido mi mas grande apoyo en mi viaje hacia mi mundo de bienes y raices.  Uno de los aspectos únicos de mi identidad es mi bilingüismo. Hablo Inglés y Español con fluidez. Poder hablar Español y ayudar a todos mis compatriotas Latinos es muy importante para mí. El hecho de que mis padres hayan nacido en México y sepan muy poco Inglés siempre ha sido una lucha para ellos. Estoy agradecida de poder hablar Español y poder ayudar a la comunidad Latina tanto como pueda, ya que mis padres no tenían eso cuando yo era niña. Estoy aquí para ayudar con mi experiencia y servicio personal.

Para los compradores, les ayudo a obtener la pre-aprobación para una hipoteca, a encontrar y mostrarles todas las propiedades que coincidan con sus criterios, a redactar contratos, inspecciones de viviendas, financiamiento, título y depósito en garantía, hasta el cierre de su casa, ¡y hacer que el proceso sea lo más sencillo y fluido posible!
