Trista Stewart

With 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development, design, and construction, I’ve had the privilege of learning various aspects of the industry which can bring a great deal of value to any real estate transaction.

I am a licensed REALTOR® with Nebraska Realty, the Director of Success of AMERICAN Building Group, and the Vice President of AMERICAN Property Group.  My most important and rewarding job however, is that of a wife and mother of 4 (including 2 fur babies).

Originally from Florida and growing up in Las Vegas, I have a wide breadth of understanding of various markets from the country back roads to the big city. After high school I worked for more than a decade with a large fire suppression company focused primarily on high rise work on The Las Vegas Strip.  Then, I worked for the largest construction industry trade association in the U.S. for over four years before moving to Hickman, Nebraska and joining my husband at FORTEN Building Group and FORTEN Property Group.

My enthusiasm and caring nature are ideal for identifying my clients’ desires while skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals or the successful completion of a construction project.  My love of helping others, determination for success, and passion for real estate and construction have helped me garner important skills that allow me to provide the best service and experience for my clients.  Whether I’m helping to find your next home, listing your current home, or partnering with you on a project, I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, paying attention to detail, and always putting my client's needs first.
