Chris Mangen, leader of Team U, "where it's all about you," has 20-plus years of experience helping both sellers and buyers.

Mangen, first licensed in 1998, specializes in listing properties, including helping For Sale by Owner sellers. He offers a FSBO Backup Plan specifically catering to For Sale by Owner sellers. Mangen is an Omaha native who graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School. Mangen and his wife, a professor at UNO, split their time between homes in Omaha and Southwest Iowa. They have two children, one a graduate of UC-Berkeley and another who is finishing up his degree at UNO. Mangen is licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa, and has also sold homes in Southern California in the past. He moved back to Omaha in 2007 from the San Diego area.

Andy Stitnicky is an experienced real estate investor and a Realtor with Nebraska Realty's Team U. Andy, a former steel workers steward, prides himself on forging strong relationships with his customers as he works to help them reach their goals. As your Realtor, Andy will be an advocate for you. Whether buying, selling or Investing, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests by providing pertinent information and market data to help you make the best choices possible.  Andy earned his Bachelor's Degree at St. Xavier University, where he was captain of the football team.  After college, he was a competitive power-lifter, breaking several state and national records in all events across different federations.  When not assisting clients, Andy is a devoted husband and father of four great kids.  He also enjoys exercise, playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
