Building strong relationships is the foundation of my real estate career. My clients can rest assured they are in good hands.  I am consistently staying informed of the current market statistics as it is so vital to my clients and my contract negotiations. I will be in constant contact and easy to reach, buying and selling can be a challenging time, I aim to make the transaction as smooth as possible. You can count on me to be completely transparent, It is my job to be as informed as possible and share my expertise with you.

Prior to real estate, I worked in banking for twenty years.  Five years was spent in lending, allowing me to  fully understand the lending process and how it works in real estate.  Not all home loans are the same and it's importatnt to have a Realtor that knows a sucessful way of negotiating a contract pertaining to a specific home loan.  I spent ten years as the branch manger of a bank, during this time, I developed my skills as a effective communicater and a leader. 

I am a life long Nebraska resident.  I have lived in Sarpy, Douglas, and Cass Counties! Presently, My husband, Brett, our two kids and I reside in Papillion, Nebraska. I have experience with a variety of homes, anything from new construction to an 1880's farmhouse, I have done it!
