About Me

I love houses and I absolutely love helping people.  Through real estate, I feel incredibly privileged to have the honor to play a role in helping to bring people together with the perfect home, or guide them through the selling process with the best possible results. In my first year in the business, I performed in the top twenty percent of all Omaha realtors.  In 2014, I was ranked in the top ten agents at my brokerage. Customer service is a #1 priority for me, and my goal is to exceed each of my client's expectations for what a real estate agent will do to look out for their best interests. 

As the spouse of an active duty Air Force service member, I have a unique understanding of the needs of the military buyer and seller.  I am knowledgeable about VA loans and I offer incentives for military on both the buying and selling side- ask me about my Military Appreciation Program!  I have earned the Military Relocation Professional designation through the National Association of Realtors and it is my pleasure to assist our active duty service members and veterans in buying and selling their homes.

I love a challenge.  Nothing on the market that fits your needs?  I will call expired and cancelled listings, network with colleagues, or knock on doors to find the perfect home and get you in first.  Selling your home from out of town?  It is a pleasure for me to assist my sellers in whatever ways necessary to get the job done with as little stress as possible.  I truly love my job and hope that it comes across in all that I do!

Prior to getting my real estate license, I worked in multi-family property management, received my Masters Degree in Professional Writing, and purchased and managed a small portfolio of investment properties.  Combined with a life-long interest in real estate, these experiences have set me up for success as I have begun my career as an agent.  I'd love to talk with you about your real estate needs- give me a call!
