Randy Strom

A graduate of Mitchell High School, Randy went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Chadron State College, building a strong foundation for his career in business and sales.

He is also a proud military veteran, having served 12 years in the Army National Guard, including deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. As a combat veteran, his discipline, integrity, and commitment to service continue to guide his work today.

Professionally, Randy brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where he specialized in B2B sales and developed a deep understanding of the housing market. Alongside his career, he has built hands-on experience in real estate investing, owning multiple properties and successfully taking on fixer-uppers—always seeing the potential others might miss.

After transitioning from the mortgage industry, he has continued to thrive in sales roles, where his passion for networking and helping others truly stands out. Real estate is a natural next step, combining his love for investments, sales, and serving people.

Outside of work, Randy is a devoted husband and father of three. He is deeply involved in his family’s life—especially in youth sports—where he has actively supported and coached, making a lasting impact in the community.
