Rachel Kolb

I was born and raised in Omaha and, more importantly, I chose it as the place to call home and raise my family.

I have always been interested in real estate, construction, and home design. I became a REALTOR in 2002 and worked as an agent part time while also working as a managing partner of Marks Bistro in Dundee.  I returned to real estate full-time in 2022, bringing with me years of helpful experience in real estate investing, business sales, and commercial and residential real estate. For me, the biggest reward comes from finding my clients a home that “checks every box” and exceeds their expectations.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and planning/working on projects around our home.
