I learned quickly that there is no place like Nebraska. On a fluke I made my first visit to the state a few years ago, and within months I purchased a 108 year old bungalow in Fremont. I was instantly attracted to the housing, the people, and the Midwest hospitality I knew from being raised near Chicago. There is something special about the Midwest quality of life, and I appreciate the opportunity to help clients with the home buying and selling processes. 

My love for real estate actually began as a child as both my parents were realtors in Illinois. My real estate background began in new home sales and then transitioning into residential resale while still helping clients buy new as well. My knowledge encompasses selling urban living, new homes, historic homes, and the luxury market in both Arizona and Nebraska. 

Whether I am helping first time home buyers or showing a luxury home, my focus is all about building relationships.  Over the years many wonderful people became clients, repeat clients, and of course friends. This is a true testament to the business since buying a home or selling one is often an emotional and fulfilling process.

In addition to selling for Nebraska Realty, along with my sales partner Bart Mruz, we are realtors at our sister companyEmbarc Realty in Arizona. Both brokerages strive for the same values we hold being the client focus and client experience. It truly is amazing how many people we work with in both states, and often times we help them relocate between the states of Arizona and Nebraska as well.
