Mary Ryan

As a dedicated Realtor, my goal is to support clients with integrity and professionalism throughout their home buying or selling journey. With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a strong background in understanding individual needs and advocating for my clients’ best interests.

Raised in western Nebraska as one of twelve siblings, I developed early skills in communication, negotiation, and adaptability. My academic foundation began at Chadron State College, followed by a move to Lincoln where I spent fifteen years working in healthcare and human services. My roles included supporting elderly individuals, young children, and teens, as well as developing budgets and securing grants for nonprofit initiatives.

My professional approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for every client. Outside of real estate, I have been actively involved in mentoring youth, volunteering as a childbirth doula, serving as a foster parent, teaching CPR with the Red Cross, and reviewing federal Head Start grants. Community engagement remains an important part of my life through local organizations such as the Elks Lodge.

In addition to my career, I value time with my family and enjoy travel, baking, crocheting, cycling, and staying connected with my very large extended family. Working in real estate has allowed me to witness and contribute to the growth of Lincoln and surrounding communities while staying current on evolving market trends.
