Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Kelli Florell, and I am a licensed real estate agent with Nebraska Realty. I grew up in Harlan, Iowa and moved to Omaha to get my Bachelor’s in Real Estate and Land Use at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. My background includes involvement in real estate investment properties, navigating land purchases, and buying and selling residential real estate. I have a passion for helping other people navigate these extremely important, and often life changing transactions with ease and care.
