Joseph Lemmons

I have nearly 32 years in agriculture; breeding, agronomy, and sales. I have a Bachelors of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Science from Iowa State University-Ames in Agronomy and Genetics, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in Finance and Supply Chain Logistics. In 2024 I earned my Realtors license and worked with Hertz Farm Management buying/selling and managing land in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. I switched to residential sales to provide clients with the hands on focused services that I was known for at Hertz Farm Management. Staging a property smartly, identifying a qualified buyer, and an accurate market analysis are key to a quick sale for the highest return for a seller. Asking the right discovery questions, knowing how to search the available/upcoming listings, and having key relationships is critical to narrowing the landscape for a buyer; more time spent in the right areas and less time looking at wrong properties. Coupled with a mastery of finance and decades of negotiation skills my aim is to ensure the client reaches their personal and financial goals; be it the sale of a home or the purchase of a forever home.
