Buying or selling a home can be daunting. That is why it is important to have a professional on your side throughout the entire home buying or selling process. Someone who not only takes the time to understand your needs and goals, but who also has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve these goals.
I communicate openly and honestly with my clients, vendors, and peers. I believe in educating clients to help them gain an understanding of today’s complex market conditions. I advise all clients on the best strategies to either get your house sold or get that dream home. I am highly organized (at least in my professional life!) and focus on being proactive throughout the process to ensure a successful closing.
A little about me…
I have always held roles in sales and marketing in previous professional endeavors. I decided to make a career change a few years ago and get into real estate for a variety of reasons, but mainly to seek a better work life balance. I strongly believe in the “work to live, not live to work” motto. Between both my and my husbands professional roles and the ever busy life of being parents to two wonderful kids, there was just not enough time in the day and we found ourselves in a bit of a rut. We were not living life how we wanted and so I made the scary decision to change careers. I’m so glad I took the leap because getting into real estate has been the perfect move!
In addition to our two energetic kiddos, we have three (very spoiled) puppers. Two big, fluffy lovers (Lucy, a golden retriever, and Roxy, a lab/aussie rescue) and a feisty chi-weenie rescue named Roger.
In my free time I like to stay active by playing slow-pitch softball, volleyball, and going hiking. I enjoy skiing and wish Omaha was just a bit closer to the mountains. I love to travel; to the beach, to the lake, to the mountains, to anywhere! Baseball is my favorite sport and I will always cheer on the Red Sox.
