Omaha REALTOR® Since 2011 | Helping Clients Navigate Buying, Selling, and Life Transitions Across Nebraska & Iowa
I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® serving the Omaha metro area since 2011, and in 2023 I also became licensed in Iowa. Over the years I’ve helped clients upgrade, downsize, buy their first home, relocate to the area, sell their home, and navigate new construction. Many of the people I work with are going through important life transitions—whether that’s a growing family, relocating for work, divorce, or helping parents move into more suitable housing.
My approach is straightforward and facts-based. I focus on clear communication, careful market research, and helping clients understand their options so they can make confident decisions. Rather than pushing outcomes, I believe the market data should guide the strategy. One of the most important parts of the process is building trust and connection with the people I work with. Buying or selling a home is a major decision, and clients often tell me they appreciate having someone who listens carefully, explains things clearly, and stays steady throughout the process.
Early in my career I quickly earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, which provides advanced education in contracts, negotiations, and market analysis beyond the standard licensing requirements. I’ve also stayed engaged in continuing education and industry developments by attending the National Association of REALTORS® conferences in 2011 and 2013, along with regularly participating in the Nebraska REALTORS® Association convention each spring. Staying connected to education and industry best practices helps me better guide clients through a constantly changing market.
Every real estate transaction is unique, and I take pride in giving each client thoughtful attention, thorough research of the market, and steady guidance from start to finish.
As an Omaha native, I’ve enjoyed seeing the growth of our city and surrounding communities over the years. I graduated from Millard North High School in 1999 and later attended Metro Community College, the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and Wayne State College. I eventually earned a degree in Intercultural Ministries through Ethnos 360.
That background continues to influence how I work today—listening carefully, respecting different perspectives, and helping people clearly understand the real estate process. One of the things I value most about this profession is the long-term relationships that develop along the way, and I’m grateful when past clients trust me again or refer friends and family.
Growing up, I spent a lot of time at Skateland—sometimes five days a week. I competed in figure roller skating throughout my childhood. Yes that is a real thing and I got the pictures and video to prove it. Traveling to competitions in Kansas City and Denver and even making it to the Junior Olympics in 1992 in California.
Those days may be long gone, but I still believe a little humor and balance make life—and real estate—a lot more enjoyable.
