Holly Jorczak

Born and raised in AZ, but have found myself in the midwest and never plan to leave!  My husband attended Creighton University for pharmacy school, and we fell in love with the area and said someday we will come back here to raise our family.  We took off on an adventure with the Air Force for 8 years, and what to you know - we came back!  We have been here now for a total of 10 years and have loved Nebraska and it's way of life and the people.

I have been involved in real estate for over 15 years.  I love every aspect of the real estate business, especially when people finally land that dream home they have been searching for. Being prior military, I feel like I have been in every possible scenario when it comes to buying and selling - from buying sight unseen, to buying under a strict timeline, to not finding anything to buy, to having to rent instead of buy, to selling a house last minute, to doing video tours, etc.  Having been on the other side of the table many times, I truly understand how important it is for an agent to understand the stress, the sleepless nights, and the going back and forth of the decision making process when there are so many unknowns.  The experience I have had myself as a buyer and seller, have helped me become a better agent to my clients.

When I am not involved in real estate, I am spending time with my husband and kids - which ends up being mostly traveling around from activity to activity and to sports and games.  We love to play and watch volleyball and are HUGE Husker volleyball fans.  We are also a big running family and love to participate in any local runs - from 5ks to Ultramarathons, we will be there for a good time and have grown to love the local running community. We also spend a lot of time doing interior design projects together and building all of our own furniture.  

Buying or selling a home can be a stressful and life-changing event, but it can also be a time of excitement and new opportunity.  My goal is to help my clients manage both sides of the coin and help them through the process so at the end of the day it was a smooth, easy process, and they are off to their new adventure.
