I’m Duke Gengler, a real estate agent based in Lincoln, Nebraska. I’ve spent the last couple of years learning everything there is to know about the Lincoln real estate market.
For me, being successful as a real estate agent means succeeding in helping you find exactly what you are looking for.
Whether you want to buy your first home, downsize, invest in a property or sell - I am committed to making your real estate journey a stress-free, fun, and rewarding experience.
As a Single-Family and Commercial Residential Realtor with Nebraska Realty, I go above and beyond to help my clients find their dream home or sell for an above-market price. I take great pride in the fact that, apart from handling the purchase or sale of one of your most important assets, I also get to be a part of one of your life’s biggest milestones.
When working with me, you can expect a personal approach and honest communication. I take the time to clearly understand your goals and make listening to your wants, needs, desires and non-negotiables a priority. I am invested in your success and see myself as your advisor, problem-solver, and advocate in all things real estate.
You may never have been down this road before and have lots of questions. Consider yourself in good hands. I’m passionate about real estate and love sharing my knowledge with my clients and educating them about the buying and selling process.
My years of experience in real estate translate into a deep understanding of the industry that I pass on to you in the form of valuable inside knowledge and a critical assessment of the current market.
I knew early on what I wanted to do for a living. My family worked in real estate and construction for years, and a good part of my childhood was spent running around construction sites - I guess you could say real estate runs in my blood.
I love our community and feel lucky to call Lancaster County my home. There’s something special about living in a place where rural and city living so seamlessly blends together; where the football stadium becomes the state’s 3rd most populated place on game day and cattle outnumber people 4:1.
As a real estate agent, I enjoy exploring Lincoln’s unique neighborhoods, old historic districts and scoping out up-and-coming neighborhoods and residential areas. As a true Nebraskan, I spend a lot of my free time outside of the home and am happiest working cattle, horseback riding, or jumping out of airplanes.
