Properties by Kellie Konz-Wieczorek
A Nebraska native, I gratuated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Journalism degree with an emphasis in Broadcast, English and Communications. I moved to Omaha immediately after college and worked in television news for several years before deciding to pursue a career in which I could be in charge of my own success.
My life outside of work revolves around my husband, John Wieczorek, and his two boys. John works at Ahern Fire Protection as their District Manager. Most of our time, outside of swim team and peewee hockey, is spent at Husker games! We absolutely bleed scarlet and cream in our home! Otherwise, you’ll find us on the boat, out on the town with our wonderful friends or relaxing with family. We have three, four-footed members of our family as well: Scarlet, our St. Bernard, Maddie, our lab-mastiff and Dillan, our rat terrier! We love our home in the Good Life…There is No Place Like Nebraska!
Kellie Konz-Wieczorek, THE agent with the confidence, spunk and professionalism to get your deal CLOSED! My focus: create a Dream Team between myself and my clients to develop a solid gameplan to achieve your goals.
As a resident and licensed agent in the State of Nebraska, I understand the ideals Nebraskans value most: hard work, consistency and RESULTS! I am a detail-oriented individual with the vision to see your dream through to the end, through every step of the transaction with strong negotiations and a focus on customer service . I believe every transaction should:
• Foster Successful Clients – I can’t be successful unless my clients are successful!
• Hold a NO Pressure Policy – I’ve been in your shoes too. I’ll treat you how I’d like to be treated!
• Maintain a Friendly Rapport – A handshake and a smile never go out of style!
• ALWAYS Include Open and Honest Communication – The smallest details DO matter!
Clients Love Me!
