Deborah Marshall

I was born in Plainview, Texas and moved to Nebraska at age 11. In 2004 I made Grand Island my home and knew I would raise my family here. Families are very important to me becasue I love to make memories and enjoy every moment that can be made in a home. I myself come from a big family, my husband Emmanuel and I have 6 children all who we love and charish dearly.  I am a very outgoing and goal-oriented person I enjoy being a dance & football mom. My hobbies include working out, running 5k's, party planning, volleyball, softball and bringing the family to the table for every holiday. I  graduated from Grand Island Senior High School class of 2008. I received a scholarship to Central Community college 2008. 

My decision to work in real estate was inspired by working in an office as the Marketing Coordinator. I enjoyed seeing the passion, quality of service, professionalism, intergrity, and respect that all the agents provided and now I am proud to say, I provide the same qualities as a real estate professional. I have been servicing the Nebraska area for 5 years and earned my way to becoming a top producing agent, thankfully to my mentors, family, friends and clients. I have received multiple top agent rewards and now furthering my education to becone a GRI graduate. I am also on the membership committee for our Grand Island Board of Realtors. I absolutely love to give back to our community and local shelters. 

I believe that honesty, trust, to educate and communicate are the keys to building a strong relationship for all real estate endeavors. I believe a smile can go a long way and with my personality, determination and focus, I strive to help my clients make a life changing decision and that is my priority. 

I am a member of the Nebraska Board of Realtors, Grand Island Board of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Services. I am Licensed to sell real estate in the state of Nebraska.
