Charlie Stewart
Introduction
With 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development, design, and construction, I have a wide breadth of experience in various aspects of the industry.
Originally from the Midwest, I grew up immersed in the real estate and construction industry and began swinging a hammer very early in my childhood with a father that is a master carpenter and registered architect.
After high school I worked as a tile and stone mason for nearly a decade before transitioning into general contracting and obtaining an A.A. in Applied Financial Economics from the College of Southern Nevada.
In 2021, I co-founded American Building Group, a construction firm. Two years later, American Property Group emerged, focusing on real estate development. Most recently, in 2024, my wife, Trista, and I obtained our real estate licenses and joined Nebraska Realty to put our diverse background to work in real estate sales.
