I have spent over 20 years in the land development and new home construction industry, providing me with firsthand insight into how homes are planned, built, priced, and brought to market. I have also held an active real estate license since 2005, working primarily in administrative and transaction support roles where I prepared paperwork, reviewed contracts, and coordinated transactions from start to close. This experience allows me to explain contracts clearly, anticipate potential issues, and help clients avoid costly surprises.

Having grown up in Omaha and lived in Papillion since 2006, I have deep familiarity with local neighborhoods, development patterns, and market trends throughout Sarpy County and the greater Omaha area. I use this local knowledge to help clients evaluate opportunities not just for today, but with long-term value in mind.

Outside of real estate, I have been married to my husband Chris for 15 years and am a proud parent to one son who keeps me busy playing travel hockey all over the US. I value staying active, involved in the community, and maintaining a balanced, thoughtful approach to both work and life—an outlook that carries into how I serve my clients.
