Ashley Fehringer

Hello, I’m Ashley Fehringer! Born and raised in Sidney, I have deep roots in this community, and I’m excited to bring my local knowledge and passion into the world of real estate. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration and have an extensive background in the business world, most recently as a business teacher at Sidney High School. While I am passionate about teaching, I also have a deep love for real estate, which I have pursued on a part-time basis since 2023. I am able to focus on real estate with the same strong work ethic and attention to detail that I bring to my teaching role, and I take great pride in helping my clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease.

I believe in keeping my clients informed and involved throughout every step of the transaction process. My background in education means I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and ensure that every decision you make is an informed one.
