Angel Starks is a visionary REALTOR®, instructor, and ecosystem builder committed to reimagining how communities access real estate knowledge, wealth pathways, and leadership development. As founder of The { } Exchange, she oversees programming that blends financial literacy, media storytelling, youth education, and community belonging under one accessible roof. Angel leads a top-producing real estate team while serving across 17 boards and leadership tables. Her work centers on creating equitable entry points into real estate and empowering future leaders — locally and nationally — to build strong, informed, community-rooted futures.

Born and raised right here in Omaha, NE, I've had the opportunity to see our city expand and grow including new places to call home. Personally, I love older homes, yet I love the designs of new properties and the unique role home-builders possess. I believe everyone deserves a home that is affordable and comfortable for their family.

Outside of real estate, I am a passionate educator. I graduated from the University of NE at Omaha in Nonprofit Administration and Elementary Education. My educational background allows me to help all my clientele better understand the real estate industry, and how to best fulfill their needs. Questions lead to answers, and I want to help you down the right path.
