Abby Leggett

My name is, Abby Leggett. I have lived in the Omaha area my whole life. I have two kids and live on an acreage property with my horses, chickens, dog, and one pet cow (good ol' Betsy). Before my journey of becoming a REALTOR®, I was a business owner of 10 years owning and operating my own equine training program, and a Purina RPS (Retail Performance Specialist). I come from a long line of entrepreneurs with my grandfather, mom, dad, uncles, and now siblings running their own businesses in the Omaha area. With owning any business, setting goals, working hard every day, and striving for success is a part of the grind. That being said, coming up with new techniques, different marketing stratagies, and knowing how to communicate with all types of people and personalities is crucial when selling/buying real estate.

I specialize in acreage properties, new construction, and residential. I go beyond the services of writing contracts, and finding/building the perfect home for you. I am very knowledgeable in the acreage laws with livestock, zoning, fencing requirments, and animal nutrition.
