Before real estate I spent 10 years as a risk analyst, then 10 years as a massage therapist; an unlikely combination, but one that’s shaped exactly how I work with my clients. The analyst in me reads the numbers, forecasts problems before they happen, and doesn’t let you walk into a deal blind. The therapist side knows that people open up when they feel truly heard. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest, most personal decisions you’ll make, and I gladly bring both sides to the table. My instinct to guard you and the patience to actually listen.

Not only have I spent the last few years diving into each neighborhood as an agent, but I was also born and raised here and I know Omaha block by block: school boundaries, commute times, which builders cut corners. The stuff that actually matters when you’re deciding where to plant roots.
