Chris Hartley

Chris Hartley was born in Arizona and has called Nebraska home since the age of five—giving her a deep, lifelong connection to the community. A graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School, Chris later spent a decade living on an acreage near Ceresco before returning to Lincoln, providing her with a unique perspective on both city living and rural lifestyles.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2017, Chris built a 20-year career in the dental and medical fields, where she developed a strong foundation in customer care, communication, and advocacy. Today, she brings that same dedication and attention to detail to every real estate transaction, guiding her clients with confidence, patience, and integrity.

Chris has served the Lincoln community in many capacities, including volunteering with Lincoln Public Schools, leading a GriefShare group, serving in her church’s youth ministry and mission trips, and currently serving as a Deacon at her church. These experiences shape her people-first approach and her passion for helping clients navigate life transitions—especially seniors who are right-sizing and planning their next chapter.

Known for her strong work ethic, local expertise, and genuine care for her clients, Chris takes pride in building relationships that often extend well beyond the closing table.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys traveling, photography, home remodeling projects, and attending car shows. Most of all, she loves spending time with her kids, grandkids, her fiancé Kenny, and her boxers—Jaxsyn and Bella.
