Introduction

With 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development, design, and construction, Charlie has a wide breadth of experience in various aspects of the industry. His journey began in the Midwest, where he began swinging a hammer as a child and learning the ropes from his father, a skilled carpenter and registered architect. After high school, Stewart worked as a tile and stone mason for nearly a decade before diving into general contracting. Along the way, he earned an A.A. in Applied Financial Economics from the College of Southern Nevada. In 2021, he co-founded American Building Group, a construction firm that has left its mark on many successful projects. Two years later, American Property Group emerged, focusing on real estate development. In 2024, Charlie and his wife, Trista, obtained their real estate licenses, joined Nebraska Realty, and created The Home Team. Their combined expertise spans diverse market segments, including Single and Multifamily Residential, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant, and more with construction efforts totaling in excess of $500M.
