Born and raised in Lincoln, Dayton grew up in a family that spent a ton of time in the outdoors. Dayton learned the geography of Nebraska at a young age by traveling with his father’s job studying insects across the state. That grew into hunting and fishing trips which quickly shifted from a hobby to a passion. Dayton has a Biology degree from UNL but after graduation he soon realized the 8-5 lifestyle didn’t coordinate well with duck migrations and a hot fishing bite so he eventually got into real estate where he could balance a career and still spend plenty of time outside. Dayton has hunted a lot of the same land for decades and understands the importance of keeping landowner relationships strong and giving the land and its owners the respect they deserve. He and his wife Emily enjoy hunting, fishing and hiking together and are blessed to now be able to share those passions with their young son Nash.
