Preparing buyers for purchase means assisting buyers obtain a loan pre-approved for a mortgage with a professional and reputable mortage originator. Then, identifying and showing properties that match a buyers dream home criteria. Once a home is selected, I will draft and present a competitive purchase agreement.

After acceptance of purchase agreement I will manage and schedule inspections and monitor the title and escrow process. This will ensure a smooth and seemless transition, all the way to closing of your home and new home ownership.
